Privacy policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
Summary
Burger Rodeo does not collect any personal data. It has no accounts, analytics, ads or third-party tools, and the game never connects to the internet. Your game is saved only on your iPhone.
Who is responsible
Burger Rodeo is a game by rbuildapps. For any privacy question you can write to rbuildapps@gmail.com.
Game data
- Your game (the day, your money, what's in the fridge, your menu, your brand, your staff and the name you give your character) is stored in the game's storage on your iPhone. It never leaves the device and we have no access to it.
- Preferences (language, music and sounds, the order of the fridge and whether you've seen the tutorial) are also stored on the iPhone.
- The customers' voices are generated by your own iPhone's speech synthesis; nothing is sent to any server.
- Permissions: the game doesn't ask for access to your location, contacts, photos, microphone or notifications.
- Deleting your data: "New game" deletes the current game; deleting the game removes everything.
iCloud or computer backups of your iPhone may include the game's data, like any other app's. Those backups are handled by Apple under your account and its own privacy policy.
This website
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party content: fonts and images are served from our own server. Like any web server, ours keeps technical access logs (IP address, date, requested page and browser) for a limited time to keep it running and protect it from abuse. We don't use them for anything else or share them with anyone.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of any data we might hold about you by writing to rbuildapps@gmail.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Children
Burger Rodeo is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll publish the new version here with its date. If the game ever starts using data differently (for example, to save your game to iCloud), we'll explain it here before doing so.
